Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet the students, drawn from all classes from 1 to 12 from various schools of Delhi, at the Manekshaw Centre in Delhi Cantonment between 3 pm and 4.45 pm. He will make an opening speech, after which students from five centres, including Dantewada, Tirunelvelli, Bhuj and Silchar, will ask him some questions, officials said. This initiative Event is known as Narendra Modi’s Gurutsav 2015.

Director of Education has issued a notice for every private and government school to live broadcast the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Speech in front of every student. Around 4 lakh schools in Delhi have already made the arrangement for displaying the live telecast of Modi’s Speech.
