After continuous hard work by Indian Government finally United Nations General Assembly declared June 21st as an International Yoga Day. This was supported by over 177 countries worldwide including USA, Canada, Egypt etc. and also 175 countries organizing events on the same day. Yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice having its origin over 6000 years ago in India, aims to integrate the body and the mind. Yoga is special gift of India, which keeps mind and body fresh.  It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness within yourself, the world and the nature. For this special day we are providing you International Yoga Day live streaming from New Delhi .

Prime Minister Narendar Modi will all join this event at 6:40 am, to participate in the function. After preliminary introduction, he will speak  for a few minutes after which modi will participate in the 35 minutes demonstration beginning at 7 am.

With Modi ji, four other experts will come and grace the event including Baba Ramdev, will be present at Rajpath to showcase yog asanas, which will be projected  over 28 big screens. Also many foreigners of around 50 countries will take part in this yoga excercises. It is expected that 1400 metre stretch on Rajpath will have over 37000 participants to join in this biggest yoga event, and many of whom will be government officers and staff.

For this event to make successful in Delhi, Metro train services will starts from 4 am instead of 6 am on this Saturday and Sunday and also government officers around Rajpath will be shut by 1 pm on Saturday for security drills.
